Fun Together

Little Man and Little Miss had SO much fun on the trip.  They loved eating watermelon, running through the trees, swimming, jumping off the dock and doing so much more together.

The boys enjoyed playing with one another all week.  From building sand castles, swimming together and looking at maps, to jumping into the lake and going fishing - they had fun.

The girls enjoyed their time together too.  Every morning or after naptime, they would run to one another yelling each other's names and sometimes even hugging like they hadn't seen each other in forever.  They enjoyed helping Grandma water the flowers, swimming together, making mud pies, and hiding under the kitchen table together.

Trip To Michigan

We are back!  We had a wonderful and safe trip to Michigan.  We are so thankful to Great Grandpa and Great Grandma for allowing us to come visit and stay at their home for a week.  Grandma and Grandpa went from a quiet, peaceful house to a house full of five young children and two busy moms for a week.  We know it was crazy at times, so thank you.  We made some wonderful memories!

Ten Months Old

Notice Little Miss above at 10 months had quite the bump on her head

 (that is because she was already walking at this age or should I say "running" every where).

TEN MONTHS OLD

Our Littlest turned 10 Months old today. Just two days ago she started crawling; she has been so close for so long, and finally just a little piece of food put in front of her and off she went.  She doesn't seem real interested in walking yet, which is okay by  mom. 

Number 1 and 2 keep me busy enough. 

She is quite proud of herself in the picture above. 

She rarely stands on her own, so she has a death grip to the chair. 

We then started playing "peek a boo" with the bowl.

It is so much fun to take pictures of this little girl - she is all smiles and so easy to make happy. 

Once again, we are so grateful for her and the blessing that she is to our family.

Number Two

I love this little Girl! 

She is so precious to me and makes me smile and laugh often during the day.

She Sleeps

This little one never walks any where, she runs.  When she gets up in the morning she is ready to start her day with full energy and she doesn't slow down until Mom or Dad remind her she needs a nap or it is bedtime.  And even then, you will often hear her say "I don't need a nap. I'm not tired."

However, thankfully most days, she sleeps.

She also likes to dress herself!

Packed for Grammie's

Last week when I mentioned to the kids that we were going to Grammie's house, they were off and running to pack their suitcases.  Before I could help Little Miss, she proudly already had her suitcase packed and ready to go.

With the weather being so nice, it was a great opportunity to do this outside.

Amusement Park

This summer we have decided as a family to get season passes to the amusement park only 20 minutes from our home.  The children are SO excited!  This past Sunday was our first trip this year.  They had a blast!

Little Man first had to look at the map so we could pick out what ride to go on first.

One of the favorites of the day was the Raging River.  Although everyone got wet - they had a blast.  However, Little Miss had to express to mom once she got off that she was wet.

She may look unhappy, but she really enjoyed it!

The BIG KIDS had fun too!

Like Sisters!

These two have SO much fun together.  I am so thankful that we live so close to each other, so they can truly grow up almost like sisters.

In the picture above and below they are taking turns singing "Holy Holy Holy" in to one another ears.  These two girls LOVE this song and enjoy singing it to one another.

Visit with Grandpa

The children recently got to have a visit from their Grandpa. 

Grandpa let Little Man "drive" his rental car.  Little Man was quite excited!!

The kids had fun "attacking" the trees with Grandpa using the end of gift wrap rolls. 

It was quite the highlight.

Grandpa's visit ended with a trip to the Ice Cream Parlor.  Can you guess what flavor these two had?

Visit To Grammie's

The kids and I had a fun trip to Grammie's this past week.  Aunt Fell and the kids came too.  We found many fun things to do.
