Friends

The children had friends over this morning - they are so blessed to have these friends in their lives. 

We started the day off by trying to break a homemade pinata.  Not too much creativity in the design, but the kids didn't care - they just enjoy hitting at the bag as they attempted to get the candy out.

The girls got to go first.

This Little Peanut tried her best.

Then the boys took their turn. 

The bag was finally broken and candy was eaten.

Next came the pool.  These boys splashed and jumped and jumped and splashed for quite a long time.  They have so much fun together.

When they finally needed a break from the pool, they went to check on the girls. 

Little Man and this little lady have a special relationship.  He really watches out for her.

All in all it was quite the fun morning.  I believe at this point all of my children are down for naps - so in my home - mission accomplished - enough energy was released for a nap to be taken!
