We spent a full Saturday at the land as a family. We had a wonderful day. One of the first things on our list to accomplish was to try to take some more pictures of children - this time with Daddy's help.
It went better - Little Busy Bee ended up in more pictures without tears. However - our attempt at getting ALL three looking at the camera with nice, happy smiles....well, you'll see.
Attempt 1 - Log on the ground....Daddy said "look a bird" - so they all looked up!
Attempt 2 - Mom hopes "Three kids holding hands walking sweetly together".....but Little Busy Bee is quite independent...so having two siblings holding her hands wasn't quite what she desired.
Attempt 3: On a log...."ok kids, look at the camera please!" We were not telling them to look the other way and from what I can remember, nothing exciting was happening. So, why are they not looking? Good question.
Attempt 4: Mom moves to the other side of the log.... - YEA! We are all looking and no crying...but Little Busy Bee - where is your smile????
Attempt 5 : On the Tractor - this was fun. The girls thought it was quite fun to jump around!
Attempt 6: On the four wheeler....Girls want to drive - brother thinks something is quite funny.
Final Thoughts: Enjoy and love pictures that are real and truly show who my children are right now. It is looking impossible to get these three children to look at a camera with nice smiles on their faces. As it turns out, I am loving these pictures above more than I thought!
